Question : Last night while sleeping, I woke up to extreme dizziness. Today, my jaw and my ear continue to hurt. Should I go to urgent care?

You should go to the emergency care for an evaluation. Most probably your symptoms (dizziness) are related to inner ear problems. However neurologic problems should be ruled out first.
