Question: Hi, I've been feeling dizzy, light headed, sorta like im gonna pass out for the last 6 hours. It hasn't seemed to have gotten better and there's a bit of pressure on the side of my heads. My pulse feels a bit stronger (not faster) than usual, I'm wondering if this merits some kind of immediate care.

If you would have presented to me as an outpatient with this complaint,I would have ruled out the following common causes first:
1)Large amount of alcohol intake
2)Severe anxiety
3)Any history of drugs intake?like Blood pressure lowering medicines or any other medicines?
4)Low blood pressure
5)Low blood sugar

Please tell if there is any history relevant to above conditions in your case.Also,in addition please tell if you have any past medical history?
Any history of difficulty in walking?
Any history in vision or eye movements?
Any history of headache or speech disturbance?

If any of the above 3 is yes,then you may need to undergo a physical examination by a neurologist.
