Brief Answer:
sounds like cervical and dorsal radiculopathy

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am Dr Mittal. I have read your query. I think I would be able to help you.

The symptoms of the query are basically two. One is the pain and the other is the vertigo.

I also understand that you have been tested with usg ,ct, and some blood tests all of which are normal.

I also assume that there is no other symptom associated with these symptoms.

that leaves us basically with two significant possibilities. One is the possibility of myeloradiculopathy with possibility of neuropathy.

In this condition, the nerves are affected either at the level of spinal cord or at the level of nerves proper. Both the conditions can cause pain in a particular region .The conditions can be diagnosed by testing
1. Nerve conduction study
2. Mri of spine- screening with special focus on cervical and dorsal spine.
Your treating doctor will know about these tests.

As for the vertigo, there us a strong possibility that thud happened due to vasovagal attack. Or basically activation if the vagus nerve while performing acts like defecation and micturition.
I think it would be of help to try stool softeners, and lots of fluids. This should help with the vertigo.

I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information helps you. Please feel free to contact us for more information. Best of luck. Dr Mittal.
