Brief Answer:
few things to consider..

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX Welcome to HCM,

I've gone through your query and understand your concern..

All these symptoms may/may not be related to any health concern particularly..

When you say dizziness, does it mean the whole surrounding is moving around you/ does it occur any particular time of the day/ any particular thing which relieves-worsens it/ any ringing sound in the ears, any headache/visual disturbance ? Any past/present medical ailments ?

It can be due to simple lack of sleep, excessive stress during work, prolonged sitting in front of the computer screen, untimely eating (even though your maintaining healthy diet, still having them on time is important, never skip your breakfast) etc.

To overcome them, simply try to maintain a healthy 8 hr sleep routine, avoid smoking/alcohol (if you do), drink plenty of water (~ 3 ltr per day), take break of 5-10 min after every few hours in between the works, get yourself exposed in the fresh open air (in around the park etc.) for a few minutes every day, you'll feel better..

If symptoms still persist despite doing this beyond next few days then I'd suggest few basic investigations(CBC, Electrolytes, FBS, PPBS, Lipid Profile, BUn/Creatinine, 12 lead ECG, Vit-D3 and thyroid function test) followed by a clinical check-up by any Internal Medicine specialist, treatment will be depending on the findings..

For the time being just follow these and let me know how you stay in the due course..

Take Care
Kind Regards

Thanks for the reply Dr. Banerjee.

Sitting in front of computer may be one of those possible causes that you have suggested, because as I stay alone I spend a lot of time in front of computer. But I have to sit before it for study purposes. So Please suggest some techniques to get over the effects.
Hope a pair of XXXXXXX glasses would help.

Regards,
XXXX

Brief Answer:
follow the advises as already given.. maintain a healthy lifestyle..

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX welcome back,
Thanks for following up,

Yes, prolonged exposure in front of computer screen certainly can cause this, if you go back to the previous reply and read thoroughly then you'll find that I've already given you the advice regarding this also..
XXXXXXX glasses can be tried, however it's effectiveness depends from person to person..

However since you haven't mentioned anything regarding those symptoms, I'm presuming that you don't experience them..
