What Causes Dizziness And Vibration Above Eyes?

Question: My daughter is experiencing dizziness and a vibaration above her eyes. Her roommate who is studying to be a nurse said that her pupils look dilated. She had an episode on Saturday and one today. She said they are geting more intense. She went to a doctor who checked her sinuses and ears and they were both clear. The doctor said to see a neurologist. Any idea idea what it could be.

Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and understand your concern and specially if this is concerning your child.
Dizziness in a young girl can occur because of various reasons ranging from reasons like iron deficiency anaemia,dehydration,substance abuse,anxiety,depression,social problems,eating disorders to serious disorders like heart defects or some brain ailment.
Ear problems like ear infections can also cause dizziness.
All these above mentioned causes should be looked into and best would be to consult a neurologist who can take a detailed history and examine her comprehensively and get the required investigations done.
If required,a visit to cardiologist and ENT specialist may also be needed.
