Question : Was diagnosed with Pneumonia 2 weeks ago, finished 10 days of Levofloxacin this past tuesday. Yesterday I had a bad dizzy spell where I almost vomited. Since then have had a few less severe spells, but still feel light headed continuously. What should I do

                                    Brief Answer:
It's due to weakness.
Detailed Answer:
HI
Thanks for posting your query.
See, Pneumonia by itself can cause weakness and weakness can lead to dizziness. Also 10 days course of Levofloxacin can also cause weakness and dizziness.
I would recommend you to hydrate yourself more by drinking plenty of water, fruit juices and eat well.
Within 1-2 days you dizziness should subside. If it persists kindly revert back as you may require certain tests to be done then . But as of now , no need of any tests or medications.
Hope this information was useful to you.
Any clarifications feel free to ask.
Regards.

Can wait for a day more.
Detailed Answer:
HI
I still recommend you can wait for a day more . Take rest but move around a bit . Hydrate well .
If it still persists to be more then you need to consult doctor and get examined and may require certain tests also.
Regards.
