Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have read your query.
First of all I would like to say that this is very common problem found in patiets of spine tb who have just started medication so you should have regular follow up with your doctor regarding this.
For dizziness and anorexia you can give her dimenhydrinate, cyproheptadine, anti-depressants etc by discussing it with your doctor.
You can give her diet rich in protein. If she can have one egg a day or cheese then it will be very good. Give her plenty of liquid in form or juice.
For life style you must make her arrangement in airy room because, crowded
living conditions associated with passive smoking provide opportunities
for transmission among susceptible persons with chronic diseases
and malnutrition.
Always have positive attitude towards her because she needs more care than others.
At-last I would like to say that you must have regular follow with doctor because spine tb usually takes 18-24 moths for complete cure with drugs.
I hope it helps.
