Brief Answer:
Please get an ultrasound done

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Fetal movements before 28 weeks of gestation are not very irregular.
However, one feels the movements and kicks off and on throughout the day.
Sometimes, the fetus is sleeping, then there is no fetal movements .
If you feel that the fetal movements significantly less than earlier, then you should get an ultrasound done to assess the movements and breathing pattern of the fetus, to assess its well being.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
