1) minor room spins
2) not diabetic
3) not on a diet but I sometimes do not eat right away in the morning and then at supper time I also feel this way sometines. RIght now I feel fine and I just ate a banana about 30 minutes ago. This morning it almost felt like I was hung over without the headache.
4) I am not hypertensive
5) No heartburn
6) I have had earaches in the past but not for about a year. I have performed nasal irrigation and then when I blow my nost I get squeeking in my ears. I do not have ringing in my ears.

I have also had anxiety attacks (I think) where I have gone to the hospital thinking that I was having a heart issue and my blood pressure was 161/110. My norm BP is around 117-125/75-85. I have BP machine at home.

Thanks for your help.

Brief Answer:
need to see physician

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the details,

I would suggest you see a physician.
You will need a full general physical examination and may need a few tests like ECG, stress test, Blood sugars. It is better to get BP checked at the hospital rather than relying on machines at home. Very frequently they can give erroneous results. Diseases of the ear can also cause giddiness and vomiting. ENT examination will rule out diseases of the ear.

It is possible that all your symptoms may be simply due to not eating at regular intervals. Prolonged periods of not eating can bring the blood sugars to very low levels and cause spinning sensation and nausea.
