Brief Answer:
I would like to rule out autonomic disturbances

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

The common causes of dizziness in early morning are low blood pressure following prolonged recumbent position (due to orthostatic hypotension or autonomic changes),Low blood sugar and Low hemoglobin (uncommon as it is not associated with redness of face).
The uncommon cause is some cardiac problem causing low cardiac output.
So I would suggest you to get him clinically evaluated by a pediatrician.
I hope this answers your query.
Please do ask if you have any more query.
