Brief Answer:
Diabetes

Detailed Answer:
I am sorry to learn about your symptoms.

I strongly suggest you check your sugars right away. The symptoms you are experiencing can be a sign of high blood sugars.
And if you find your glucoses running above 200 or 250 and above persistently, you should seek prompt medical care to bring them down quickly.

So when I see someone like you in my practice, I order the following tests in addition to a thorough physical examination :

Capillary blood glucose check by a diabetes monitor
CBC
CMP
HbA1c
Urine Albumin to Creatinine Ratio
Lipids
TSH

Further, if the sugars are above 250, I would check blood ketones and some other tests to make sure you are not experiencing a severe complication called diabetic keto acidosis (DKA). This and another complication of diabetes called HHS (Hyperglycemic Hyperosmolar State) are medical emergencies
Note: For further follow-up, discuss your blood glucose reports with our diabetologist. Click here.
