Brief Answer:
Holter report do not show any need of pacemaker

Detailed Answer:
Hello
I have gone through the Holter report provided by you of your uncle. I would like to tell you that there is no significant pause that can justify the need of a pacemaker according to this Holter report.
But as his symptoms are specific so it's advisable to go for a 48 hrs Holter monitoring instead of 24 hrs to capture any occasionally happening event.
Also I would like to advise to go for a ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY to see the cardiac function of your uncles heart.

Hopefully this information will guide you in a right direction. If you have any other doubt you can ask me back or else you can close the discussion and kindly rate the answer.

I wish him good health
