What Causes Dizziness In The Mornings?

Question: dizziness plus light headed most of the morning what can I do to correct or stop this

I share your concern
Dizziness with lightheadedness in morning could be caused by any of these
Diabetes or low blood sugar (hypoglycaemia)
Low blood pressure
Inner ear problem like vestibulitis or labyrynthitis

I would advise you to consult your doctor for examination, recording of blood pressure and a battery of tests like blood for hemoglobin, CBC, Liver function test, Blood sugar fasting and post prandial and an EKG
if nothing comes conclusive please visit a ENT doctor for check up, than it could be BPPV (benign proximal positional vertigo )
