What Causes Dizziness, Light-headed Feeling, Headache And Upset Stomach?

Question: I am a male that is 49 years old. For the past couple of days I have been waking up dizzy and lightheaded, sometimes with a headache and upset belly. If I am not careful, I would probably fall down. Symptoms usually diminish over the next hour or so. I feel tired (no energy) during the day and my belly feels upset, and the headache may return. Today my eyes seem heavy and a little red. I have seasonal allergies which affect me when the weather is warm. (it is getting cold now) My wife thinks I may not be drinking enough. All I know is when I drink a lot, I urinate often. Any idea what may be going on?

Possibility of primary headache or viral illness

Hello,
You may be suffering from viral prodrome if it is also associated with fever or rhinitis.
In some primary headache also like migraine fatigue, tiredness, light headedness, Upper GI upset may occur.
Is there any photophobia, phonophobia?
Headache characters throbbing, Bursting, pulsating?
aggravating factors?
If symptoms persists then clinical examination and probably CT head may be required.
For present situation you can take pain killers with omeprazole for 3-5 days.
A visit to a doctor will rule out most problematic diagnosis and guide you in right direction.
Any other illness or medication?
