Question : I have been feeling dizzy and off balance. I feel like the top of my nose is blocked. my nose has been running slightly and I keep sneezing. I also have ringing in my ears and a slight headache. what could it be?

thanks for the query and understand the ailment
It could possibly be sinusitis plus upper respiratory issue. it might be from infection or allergy.
you should take over the counter Tab Clarifying, on tab a day in the morning. Do steam inhalationh apply vicks vaporub on nose, chest and upper back at least three times a day. drinkwarm water and have hot food for next 48 hrs. you can try warm milk with pinch of turmeric at night for tight sleep.
