                                            Diarrhea related dehydration
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I can understand your concern for your symptoms.
1) Loose stool, nausea are suggestive of inflammation in small intestine secondary to raw food or partially cooked food.
2) Multiple episodes of loose stool and vomiting lead to dehydration which might be responsible for giddiness in your case.
3) If you have persistent symptoms, then I would recommend to consult at ER rather than GP to rule out diarrhea related dehydration.
4) Also you might require routine blood test, stool routine examination.
5) You require treatment consist of medication to prevent vomiting (Tab Ondansatron), medication to reduce stool frequency (Tab Loperamide) and medication for gastritis (Tab Omeprazole).
Hope I answered your query. If you have any further doubts, I would be happy to help you.
Have a nice day!
