                                    Brief Answer:
Can be due to hormonal changes during period.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The dizziness and nausea during the periods can be a normal finding. This can happen due to the hormonal changes during the periods. These minor symptoms can be well controlled with the help of prescription medicines and a healthy diet. No need to worry. Consult a gynecologist for a physical examination to confirm and proper prescriptions.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.

This young woman is my son’s girlfriend so naturally I am concerned about her.
She is slender so I assume she consciously diets, and may choose to fill up on some low calorie foods like coffee and tea over nutritionally rich and higher calorie foods, so might not be getting enough nutrients.
Also, she does not like to eat meat and eats a fair amount of snacks.
She drinks liquor but does not smoke.
Is it possible she is anemic or hypothyroid?
Why have you not answered my second post beginning “This young woman is my son’s girlfriend..”
When will you be answering my second post?????

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
The symptoms can be due to anaemia or hypothyroidism or a poor nutrition also. But this can be detected only after a few blood tests.
Hope my answer is helpful.
