Brief Answer: Further evaluation required Detailed Answer: Hi there. Thanks for writing in. Sorry to hear that you are experiencing a lot of symptoms and discomfort. From your history, many possibilities or differential diagnosis comes to my mind. Menopause/post menopausal symptoms Anxiety/stress Gastritis/reflux disease Electrolyte imbalance Thyroid disorders. Cardiac causes Anaemia Vitamin D or Vitamin B12 deficiency I would definitely advise you to visit a physician at the earliest, and get a complete evaluation done to rule out the above mentioned possibilities. You might need to check your hemoglobin levels, TSH(for thyroid function ), electrolyte levels, Vit B12, Vitamin D, blood sugars, cholesterol levels, blood pressure,ECG etc. Try to sign up for yoga/meditation class which will help you to relax. Have a healthy well balanced nutritious meal. Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day. If gastritis is the culprit, you might need to take medications like pantoprazole. Please do visit a doctor at the earliest. Hope this information was helpful. Wishing you a speedy recovery. Regards, Dr Divya Kuttikrishnan
