What Causes Dizziness, Pain In Lower Left Arm And Headache?
Question: I have dizziness, dull pain in my left Lower arm & tingling in my wrist and hand - slight headache on left hand side/ slight pain in left shoulder blade - anxiety- I'm menopausal - blood pressure reading is between 115/67 heart rate is approx 65-67 feel like I have sinus on left side of nose leading into top of eye - slight tingling in my left foot. I've had neck manipulation from a chiropractor last week do not feel sick - probably over reacting had a few stressful situations of late - I'm worried I have something wrong with my heart but also think it's just hormone imbalance

I have studied your case and I think that you might be having cervical spondylitis. In this condition there is nerve compression in in eck which causes tingling in whole shoulder to hand. For this you need following treatment.
1. Hot water fomentation.
2.Soft cervical coller.
3.Avoid very high pillow or keeping neck in same position for long time.
3. Intermittent cervical traction. Do not go for manipulation as it can increase the problem.
4.Tablet Pregabalin M one daily .
These steps will help in your symptoms. Post menopausal anxiety is common due to hormonal imbalance. Some of your symptoms are due to that like headache or inability to sleep. For this you need to consult a Gynaecologist . He might advised you hormone replacement therapy.
