Question : I had a closed head injury at work and have been dizzy since then .

Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Head injury without loss of consciousness, vomiting, headache, seizure or bleeding via ear and nose does not require any imaging or treatment.
Pain killers may be taken.
For dizziness cinnarizine can be take for few days.
Consult a doctor if symptoms progress or persists.
