What Causes Dizziness, Pressure In Head And Ear Problem?

Question: From some days I am feeling my left ear blocked with pressure in my head around nose and forehead but pressure around head is now gone but not from left ear . I don't have any sinus problem . But I have anxiety problems and from that I felt symptoms like dizziness, hot flashes, weakness, headache etc in the past and sometimes now also. But this ear problem is new .My doctor says it can be due to stress after checking through camera he found nothing wrong outside the ear. My hearing is fine from this ear and for a weak after taking medicines I felt good but after completion of medicine and probably I had stress that day from study this again started . I want to know whether this ear fullness feeling can be due to anxiety ? I have felt symptoms of anxiety earlier but this was not then present. I am currently doing some yoga and other symptoms have relieved but not this ear fullness.i general anxiety symptoms which I found from internet does not include ear fullness . Is it really anxiety related or something else?

Brief Answer:
Relent tests are recommended.
Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,
I understand your concern.
Meniere's disease has wide and varied presentation.
Aural Fullness can be an important component while making an initial diagnosis of MD.
Laboratory tests, though not specific for Ménière disease, should be directed at differentiating the disease from other causes on the basis of associated symptoms.
For this I advise you to undergo .
1.Audiometry.
2.Otoscopy.
3.Electrocochleography.
Further management is based on test results.
Medical treatment of Ménière’s disease is aimed at symptomatic relief.
Home remedies does not exist for MD.
However diet, and physical and vestibular activity modification can prevent attacks of MD once diagnosed.
Hence my first advise to you is to consult an ENT surgeon to get the tests done.
Thank you.
