Brief Answer:
Readjustment in dosage might be required.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM.

I have gone through your query. Electrocardiogram (EKG) should be taken to rule out any cardiac problems like Dysrhythmia. Electrolyte levels in blood should be measured also to rule out any electrolyte disturbances as it can also give dizziness. . Blood pressure should be measured morning and evening. If the blood pressure is becoming so low then readjustment in dosage or change to another Angiotensin receptor blocker can be done. A review with your treating doctor or physician is well appreciated.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
