Brief Answer:
Gastroenteritis

Detailed Answer:
Dear sir, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns but it seems that you have caught a gastroenteritis .. To relive the chills , you should take ibuprofen tablets every eight hours .. To relive the vomiting you should take metoclopramide three times daily but if you can not take medications by mouth due to vomiting then you will need to go to the hospital for a zofran shot to stop the vomiting then continue on the oral medications.
also you should take metronidazole tablets ( flagyl) every 8 hours to relive any possible infection.
I would recommend that you make sure you drink enough fluids ( at least eight cups daily ) to avoid dehydration. I hope I answered your question. if you don't have any other clarifications then please close the discussion.
