this is XXXXXXX XXXX, i feeling dizzyness and uncomfort breaathing. feel heavyness in chest area. feel very week. please guide me

I don't have asthma no complaints till date regarding allergic to dust pollution etc
Past few days I feeling this
I am a working women full workload and obese also
May b it is anxiety
While laying down I feel increased heart beat.
I was suffering from gastric problem and after taking medication it is cured
I fear about heart problems
Is it a symptom

Thanks for the update. Yes, your symptoms could be a result of anxiety because there is nothing to suggest that you could have heart disease. Anxiety and stress could be making you dizzy. But let me tell you overweight may cause difficulty in breathing and is a risk factor for heart disease. I suggest that you undergo a complete health check which should also include a heart check in the form of echo and TMT and consultation with a cardiologist. This will allay your anxiety and reassure you.
