Question : Can't figure out my symptoms.
Dizziness. In afternoon when lying back or laughing. Daily. About 2weeks. - also tight band around diaphragm area when lying down and online pain in throat setting off shortness of breath. Blood pressure and rate normal. No nausea. I have a history of Barrett's esauphagous and have no gall bladder. It feels similar to gall bladder pain.

May be severe gastritis with reflux

Detailed Answer:
The background medical history and symptoms point towards possibility of severe gastritis with reflux, however cardiac problem needs to be ruled out. Have an ECG and echo done and see a physician. If ECG echo normal than needs treatment for acidity if any changes in Ecg and echo need to be taken forward
