Further investigations are needed to determine what is causing dizziness and swollen ankles to you:

- ECG, cardiac echo, carotid arteries/neck blood vessels ultrasound to exclude cardiac issues
- complete blood count to exclude anemia
- renal/liver function tests
- arthritis testing

Depending on the tests results, specific treatment will be prescribed.
