Question: From past few days I have been getting dizzeness, uneasiness and yesterday night I had high level of uneasiness and sweating. It looked as though I had an heart attack, felt like very weak

When I consulted doctor around 20 days back - he prescribed me with Antacid (Pan-D) and Pro-biotic (IMM4). When I took those medicines it looked fine, but time and again still I have uneasiness in chest and at night I feel like I had an attack.

I am also suffering from stomach always feels like I am full, even though I am hungry not being able to eat well.

Brief Answer:
Get ECG

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
It is always better to be sure.
The symptoms you are describing seems to me more of Anxiety and Acid Peptic disease. And so other doctors have been treating you for that.
So, to be sure this is not a heart related issue. Simply get an ECG done.
If ECG is normal, then we would discuss the further course of action.
You can simply go to any hospital and ask for an ECG.
Once you have your ECG, revert back to me.
Till then continue with Pan -D.
You have to quit smoking at any cost.

Revert with ECG.
Stay Healthy
