Question : I am terrible dizzy when I roll in bed. A physiotherapist told me I had crystals in my ear.
How do I stop the dizziness?

1. Check your ears (inner ear) by ENT specialist to get proper diagnosis and treatment
2. For the moment:
- avoid quick movements of body or head including rolling in the bed
- monitor blood pressure and record the results
- start taking betahistin to stop dizziness
- have your meals regularly
- increase water intake
