Question : I KEEP GETTING SPINNING OF HEAD AND MY XRAY DETECTED THAT i HAVE SPONDOLYTIS. SHALL i TAKE VERTIN 16 OR DO U SUGGEST SOMETING ELSE?

you can be helped by neck exercises by physiotherapist and yes vertin may be helpful immediately to relieve the spinning.
If vertin is not helpful than see a neurologist or ENT specialist to find out the cause
probably in that case, you need MRI.
But FIRST NECK EXERCISE AND VERTIN CAN BE TRIED.
