Question : I have dizziness when suddenly getting out bed. I get winded just walking a short distance. On 3 occasions at home, I had a quick blackout and fell down. I am 54
I messed the spelling of my medication

Gababenton, Lisinopril, Simvastatin and metroprolol tartrate

Welcome and thanks for your query.
I understand your concern.
You have high blood pressure and cholesterol abnormalities. These can lead to narrow blood vessels. So when you get out of bed and change from a lying to standing position, the blood supply to certain parts of your brain gets comprised and you feel dizzy.
You should also check your lying and standing blood pressure to see if there is a significant drop which may make matters worse.
