Brief Answer:
Cause BPPV

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your query.
I think I would be able to help you.

The symptoms of the query are quite suggestive of a possible Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV). The symptoms of the condition are same ad you said, vertigo on changing position, like turning in bed.

Usually, we prescribe a medicine called beta histidine, but you will need to get a prescription for it. Also, take plenty of fluids.

It would be good to get a MRI BRAIN to make sure there is no brain disorder.

In this, I have assumed that the information is complete and that there are no other symptoms.

I hope that the information helps you. Please feel free to contact us for more information. Best of luck. Dr Mittal.
