please meet your ent doctor
Detailed Answer:
Hello
First thing i would like to tell you that vertigo is not a disease , it just means the feeling of giddiness , that is spinning sensation of the body or the world
If you get vertigo after eating eggs , then it is likely that you are having an allergy to something in egg and you should avoid it. Although i would like to tell you that this is very rare and there may be another reason for your sensation.
There are many causes for vertigo including low hemoglobin or sugars , high blood pressure , or medications.
I would like you to meet your ent doctor , he will examine you and guide you further
Take care!

                                    Brief Answer:
yes it maybe due to that
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Yes it is very much possible that your vertigo is due to your previous brain surgery or due to the medications which you maybe on, although you will have to confirm this with the doctor who operated you.
There are a few exercises which will help reduce the sensation of vertigo and I would like you to meet your ENT doctor and learn them.
Take care
