What Causes Dizziness While Looking Upwards?

Question : When I look up and then back down, my neck feels like it's not attached properly. I temporarily feel dizzy til it cracks back onto my spine. I'm not sure what kind of doctor I should go see or if a chiropractor can realign me.

It is natural to feel dizzy when we look up and down suddenly.
Alignment of Neck will be normal.
Avoid pillows below neck during sleep .Sleep on a hard floor.
