Brief Answer:
Postural drop in blood pressure.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being in follow-up.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist,here to answer your query.

With the clinical history you have elaborated, you are apparently having postural dizziness(getting up from supine position). The likely cause of this symptom is postural hypotension or postural drop in blood pressure.

You are on antihypertensive medicine(Cardace),which can further precipitate postural drop.
I suggest you to take good amount of fluids(atleast 4 litres per day) and observe for the improvement. At the same time, please visit your treating physician/cardiologist and get yourself evaluated for postural hypotension.

Hope that I have answered your query. If you have some follow-up questions,I shall be glad to answer else please close the thread, rate it and write a review as your rating will be of help to me.

Dr.Ajay Panwar,
