Brief Answer:
Its due to less fluid intake.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to HCM,

Aa a side effect of dengue fever There will imbalance in the body fluid with abnormal blood volume parameters with variation in MCV, MCHC and PCV. This will leads to loss of body fluids and it may leads to feeling of dizziness. It will come down by itself but the fluid imbalance can be corrected by taking lots of oral fluid which will reduce symptoms of dizziness.
Adequate intake of fluids and other medications will helps you to control symptoms like dizziness and other symptoms associated with this disease.
Thank you.
