Question : Hello, shortly after my menatrial I started experiencing some weird symptoms mainly a lite lightheaded XXXXXXX when standing to long and slights cold chills mainly feet and hands. I have had a lot of nxiety so that also caused some tension in my neck to so that's sore on the upper left part on the back of my neck. No fever no headaches. I'm concerned.
