Question : hello doctor,

I am feeling dizziness for a couple of days especially after waking up from sleep.

I don't think it's because of weakness.

Thanks for your query.

I would recommend you to get your Blood pressure examined. If there is any variation in basal blood pressure you can experience such symptoms.

If the readings are abnormal (above 120/80) do get it repeated after a gap 3 days.

If the blood pressure is normal, taking a energy drink early in the morning will help.
