My observations, comments, and advise
Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and thank you so much for that information.
From the information provided here are my comments:
+Heartburn does point towards conditions like acid reflux, gastric ulcers, etc.
+Alcohol is a major contributing factor, and will have to be cut down on and even eventually completely discontinued or it can provide serious aggravation that can result in undesired outcomes
+Vertigo (dizziness) is a symptom that can stay with a person who has once had it in the past, so vertigo will have to be looked into and ruled out/treated if required
+Stress levels are average, but if you feel it rising, then please do speak to a doctor as stress is a silent contributor that can cause many different poor outcomes
+Yes, dehydration can contribute and so you will have to hydrate well enough, but you have been drinking more than 2 litres a day, so try and reach 3 litres a day for better benefits
In conclusion, it does seem to me like this could be a cumulative result, which can contribute to the development of gastrointestinal conditions, which once settled in, can cause discomfort lifelong.
My advise in the form of treatment:
+Increase fluid intake
+Avoid caffeine and/or tea
+Avoid fatty food, spicy food, oily food and fried food
+Take one tablet of omeprazole or pantoprazole 15 minutes before each meal
+Avoid stress
+Avoid strenuous forms of exercise
+Avoid alcohol completely
+Avoid smoking
+Avoid carbonated drinks
I hope this helps. Please do not hesitate to write to me anytime, I am always here to help.
Best wishes.
