1. Sometimes, in mild vestibular neuritis or labyrinthitis, you may get giddiness when seated and relaxing. Get your hearing checked.
2. Relaxation can ease or increase cervical spine spasm.The vertebro-basilar blood supply may get insufficient Get Cervical spine X-rays and a neck blood vessel doppler study done.
3. General conditions such as blood pressure fluctuations, blood sugar level drop, anemia, dehydration, heart rhythm disturbance, any current medication (drug induced), allergy and gastritiscan cause such giddiness with a bad feeling.
4. A Neurologist's examination will be required to rule out any central (brain related cause).
5. Since this happens sometimes, it is unlikely to be a serious cause. If you upload these results, this discussion can be carried forward.
