Question : I have been getting dizzy could it be my back causing this

Could be due to cervical spine problems

I have studied your case.
dizziness can be due to cervical spine disc bulge or degeneration.
nerve compression can lead to dizziness.
dizziness can not be due to lower or upper back.
I will advise you to consult your doctor and check your Blood pressure also.
Iw advise MRI ffor ffurther mamanagement.
