Brief Answer:
There are so many causes of your problem.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.

I need more details about your symptoms to be better able to help you. Especially about difficulty in breathing. Do you mean that you get tired on walking a distance? What exactly do you mean by it? What is your most recent blood pressure reading?

Your symptoms are suggestive of so many disease to rule out the cause you need some investigations. In my opinion first we should rule out anemia by doing your blood work. If anemia is not the cause then we should first rule out some basic causes.

You should consult a physician to get your examination done. You also need to get your basic blood tests including complete blood count, fasting blood sugar (to rule out hypoglycemia), thyroid profile, liver and kidney function tests, blood pressure and ultrasonography test of lower abdomen (to rule out PCOS) done to rule out other causes.

If these results shows nothing then you should consult ENT specialist and go for CT scan.

I think I have answered your query if you have further questions I will be happy to help you.

Good luck.
Regards
Dr. Richa
