Question : I'm having dizzy spells,confusion,nausea and vomiting and I'm wondering if it's my Meds having an adverse reaction

1)Since when are you taking phenergan, Requip and Klonopin?
2)Can you relate these dizzy spells, to any one of the above medicines?Did these start after starting any specific of the above medicines?
3)Do you have Diabetes, Hypertension, Heart disease or any other disorder?
