Brief Answer:
Needs a scan

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your message.
I think I can help you.
Ideally, I would suggest that you get a MRI BRAIN tested.
This is necessary and if the symptoms are persisting I would suggest you test ot immediately.
if the symptoms have resolved completely then you may plan to get it till the end of the day.
Since appointment may be a problem getting to a EMR to rule out a stroke would be prudent.
I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information contained in this message will be able to help you find the best solution for your problem. Best of luck. Dr Mittal
