Brief Answer:
This requires systemic evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to health care magic.

I am Dr Dadapeer K, an ophthalmologist and I answer health problems related to eye.

It seems from the history that you had an episode of double vision and few episodes of dizziness in the recent past.

This indicates a probable transient ischaemic attacks. The common causes to be ruled out are prodromal phase of migraine, vascular problems affecting the vessels of the eye, vascular diseases affecting carotid vessels, hypertension/ hypotension, hypoglycemia....
Hence if the attacks are recurrent you need to undergo systemic evaluation to find out the underlying cause and treatment of it accordingly.

Hence I advice you to consult your physician for appropriate systemic evaluation.

Hope the information is helpful to you.

Thank you
