Question : Iam having double vision at night only when seeing lights or reflections off of things as road signs

I read your question and i understand your concern. Diplopia / double vision manifests thousand of neurological, musculoskeletal and local ophthalmological causes that can cause it. An accurate, clear description of the symptoms (eg, constant or intermittent; variable or unchanging; at near or at far; with one eye [monocular] or with both eyes [binocular]; horizontal, vertical, or oblique) is critical to appropriate diagnosis and management So the best course of action here would be to seek an ophthalmology clinic and let them sort it out for you. The management will be according to the cause. . Meanwhile avoid driving or operating a heavy machinery unless your diplopia is gone.
