Brief Answer:
These symptoms indicate an acute episode of migraine.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Health care Magic.

I am Dr. Shama and I will be answering your question.

I reviewed your history.
The complaints of headache, blurred vision, loss of peripheral vision, nausea, double vision suggest a probable acute episode of migraine.
If the symptoms resolve completely and recur it confirms the diagnosis.
I would like to treat this condition by the use of analgesic drugs in the acute episode.
If the symptoms recur then prophylactic drugs like flunarizine are indicated.

Do consult your doctor for examination and prescription of drugs.

Hope this is helpful to you.
Please do write back to me for further questions.

Thank you

I don't know that my head hurts bad enough that it's a migraine. my other concern is that this actually started on Monday so its been over 48 hours I feel like my vision is getting worse. I'm also extremely fatigued.

Brief Answer:
Migraine tends to last for 2-3 days.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for the follow up question.

Migraines tend to last for 2-3 days. All your symptoms indicate toward acute episode of migraine only.
Hence no need to be worried. Do continue treatment with analgesic and anti-migraine drugs.
If these episodes are recurrent then you need to use prophylactic drugs like Flunarizine as per the advice of your doctor.

Hope this is helpful to you.
