Question: My 3 year old hit her head hard on the head board of her bed which resulted in a large bump that eventually went down with the help of a cold compress. The next day however she woke up with on of her eyelids drooping and I wanted to know is this normal or should I take her to some one?

Brief Answer:
it will resolve in a day or two

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to HealthcareMagic.

The drooping of the eyelid is due to the swelling following the trauma.

Its nothing to be worried about and will resolve in a day or two as the swelling will subside.

Hope I have been helpful.
