Brief Answer:
Absolutely nothing to worry about

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

both your neutrophils and your lymphocytes are absolutely normal in number. The normal neutrophils count may range from 1600 to 7500/microliter. The lymphocytes range from 900-3400/microliter. Their numbers are not stable on the same individual. They fluctuate depending on several factors including infections, stress, injuries, drugs, etc.

I hope you find my answer helpful!
