Question : I am sore all over plus I have been sleeping all day. I woke up around 3:30 this afternoon, but I am still tired

Hello dear, welcome to HCM forum.
Symptoms(of recent onset) like generalized ache/sore, tiredness, lassitude etc usually indicate beginning of a systemic infection.
If you have no other symptoms like cold, cough, sore throat(suggestive of respiratory infection) or abdominal pain, nausea, burning on urination, increased frequency of urination(suggestive of urinary infection), this may just indicate a viral fever - In this case, you can continue taking advil thrice daily after food for 3-5 days. Also, take adequate bed rest, have a light diet rich in fruits and veggies, and drink enough fluids.
If you have other symptoms mentioned or you are not getting better by two days of advil, kindly avoid any delay in seeing your doctor as this will need further evaluation and antibiotic treatment.
