Brief Answer:
Unlikely to be a serious concern..

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

The symptoms reported by you are not specific to any serious medical condition that I am aware of. It may be related to low sugar or other metabolic disturbance.

If this is very random appearance that doesn't recur frequently, I would not push for investigations. However it would be worthwhile to see a doctor and plan for base line blood sugar, blood pressure and ECG tests.

Nothing alarming; be watchful for future recurrence.

Regards
